Free model license

In short

• Use the models in any project: games, videos, pictures, 3D prints, commercial or not.
• Change them however you like. No credit needed, no fee, no account.
• Don't sell or share the model files themselves, alone or as a pack, for other people to download.
• They come as they are, with no warranty.

1. Who this is between

This license is between Shuriken Studio (“we”, “us”) and you. It covers the free 3D models and kits on our model library and kits pages: the model files, their pictures and the kit zips (the “Models”). Games we sell come under their own license terms instead.

2. What you may do

We grant you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive and perpetual license to use, copy and change the Models, and to include them in work of your own (your “Projects”): games on Roblox or any other platform, apps, videos, pictures, renders, 3D prints and anything else you make. You may sell and share your Projects, with the Models inside them, for example in a published game, its place file or its source code. You don't need to credit us.

3. What you may not do

• Sell, give away or upload the Models on their own, or in a pack, library, kit or template of assets, where the Models are what people get: on a marketplace, the Roblox Creator Store or any other site.
• Claim you made the Models, or register them as yours (for example with a copyright office or a content-matching system).
• Say or suggest that we endorse your Project, or use our name or logo without permission.
• Use the Models to break the law or the rules of the platform you publish on.

4. Not exclusive, and AI-made

The Models are free to everyone, so other people may use the same ones. They're made with AI tools, with our Kiln app. In many countries material generated by AI isn't protected by copyright, or is only partly protected, so we don't promise that the Models are protected or that you can stop others from using them. To the extent we hold any rights in them, this license grants you those rights as set out here.

5. No warranty

The Models are free and provided as is, without any warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise that they're free of errors, work in any particular program, or resemble nothing else.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the Models. Nothing here limits or excludes liability that the law doesn't let us limit.

6. If you break this license

If you break this license, your rights under it end, and you must stop distributing the Models. If you put it right within 30 days of hearing from us, your rights come back.

7. Changes

We may update this license. A Model stays under the version that was in force on the day you downloaded it.
