The rules for buying from Shuriken Studio.
1. Who sells to you
Shuriken Studio runs this site and licenses the games. Contact: [email protected].
Games bought through Payhip are sold by Shuriken Studio. Payhip runs the checkout: it takes the payment, adds VAT where it applies, sends your receipt and download link, and processes the refunds we approve. The checkout's buyer terms apply to the payment; our license terms apply to what you can do with the game.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to create an account and buy. If you're buying for someone younger, you must be their parent or guardian, and the account and the purchase are yours. We don't knowingly create accounts for anyone under 13.
3. What we sell
We sell original game files (place files, source code, models, media and documents) and a license to use them. We never sell Roblox accounts, groups, Robux, game passes, developer products or in-game items, and we don't promote our store from inside Roblox games.
Roblox and Roblox Studio are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Shuriken Studio isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation; we name it only to say what the games are made for.
4. Each game is sold once
When you start checkout on this site we hold the game for you for 15 minutes so nobody else can buy it. If the hold runs out before your payment completes, the game goes back on sale, and if someone else then buys it first, we refund your payment in full. A game sold through Payhip can be bought there only once, so it needs no hold.
5. Money-back guarantee
If a game doesn't work as its page says, we fix it or refund you, as set out in our money-back guarantee.
6. Your account
We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Each order is covered by the version in force when it was placed.
