Bought a game and changed your mind before downloading it? Within 14 days of buying, you can withdraw from the contract here for a full refund.

Fill this in and press Confirm withdrawal. We email you a receipt straight away, with what you sent and when.

We send the receipt for your withdrawal here.
Give the order number, the game, or both.

What happens next

  • Your withdrawal counts from the moment you send it, so sending it on the 14th day is in time.
  • We check the checkout's download record. If the download hadn't started, we refund you in full within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the way you paid, and the game goes back on sale.
  • If the download had already started, the right to withdraw had ended, as you agreed at checkout. We'll email you to explain. Faults are still covered by our money-back guarantee.
