The core loop

Each minute you run and jump across pink, lemon and blue hex layers, staying ahead of the tiles cracking behind you and dropping to the next layer when your floor goes. Wins and coins carry over between sessions and buy trails and other cosmetics in the shop.

Systems (12)
  • Round loop run by the server: 15 s intermission, 4 s 3-2-1-GO countdown, play until one runner is left (150 s cap), 7 s results with the winner on a podium, then the arena resets and the next round starts
  • 3 stacked hex-tile layers (strawberry pink Y160, lemon Y130, blueberry Y100), about 265 tiles each and 18 across; a stepped tile cracks for 0.6 s, then falls and fades over 0.8 s
  • Start grace after GO: a runner who stands still stays on the top layer for about 2.8 s; falling below the kill plane under the 3rd layer eliminates you, then you respawn in the lobby and can spectate survivors (Q/E, LB/RB or touch arrows)
  • Runner bots fill every round up to 8 runners: randomized R15 candy-pastel avatars that hold the top layer through the opening and play the same animations as players
  • Coins: 5 per round, +1 per 5 s alive and +50 for a win. Coins, Wins, rounds played, settings, owned and equipped items and purchases save in DataStores
  • Store code: 5 game passes (including VIP at 299 and 2x Coins), 4 developer products (including coin packs) and 3 coin-bought cosmetics, with a shop stand in the lobby that lets you try on trails; the results screen shows the VIP and 2x Coins bonus on a payout card
  • First-time tutorial on the practice pad: 5 steps, skippable from step 1, can be replayed from Settings, and ends when the real round's countdown starts
  • Lobby: a floating candy island with a pavilion, winners podium, lamps and benches, plus a bridge to a practice platform that has its own crackable tiles and a walkable way back up from the catch floor
  • Candy-glass HUD (phase banner, timer, N LEFT, layer pips, Coins/Wins counters), a spectate bar and a settings menu for music and SFX volume and track choice, laid out for phone, tablet, desktop and TV
  • 17 sounds: lobby, round and final-three music, sugar-glass cracks, glass footsteps, falls, distant cloud poofs when others drop out, and the winner fanfare
  • 6 effects: crack glints, a cracking tile that pulses brighter before it drops, glass shatter, cloud poofs, landing puffs with camera shake, and winner confetti; plus 3 uploaded R15 animations (Flail, Victory, Cheer)
  • Setting built from Kiln models: an arena of rings, struts, chains and giant balloons over a moving cloud sea with floating islands and a candy landmark, under pastel afternoon lighting

Before you buy
  • It's a prototype, not a finished game: the core loop plays and the systems listed work, but polishing, balancing, testing and adding content before you launch is significant work of your own.
  • You need Roblox Studio (free) to open it.
  • Animations and sounds only play for the account that uploaded them: the included tool re-uploads them to yours (Node.js and an Open Cloud API key, about 10 minutes; SETUP.md walks you through it).
  • Store items use placeholder ids until you create your own.
  • Automated tests: 79 pass, 0 fail, 17 not run. They show what was checked, not a promise; TESTS.md in the package names each one.
